1961 E-Type roadster

"Pure-It-E"
This 3.8 roadster was originally the demonstrator for Leicester Jaguar dealer Sturgess registered 2BBC and raced with some success in 1961. Re registered in 1962 848 CRY purchased by an actor and sold on the set of the film "The Italian Job" where it was destroyed by the Mobs Caterpillar. Totally rebuilt in the early '90s it is owned by Philip Porter.
